Dit is wat je gaat doen:
Als business controller draag je bij aan het professionaliseren van de organisatie. Je adviseert op het gebied van sturing en beheersing en over het concretiseren van strategie en beleid.
Je bent positief kritisch, schept voorwaarden en toetst en adviseert collega’s over de beheersing van de organisatie. Je draagt bij aan het stimuleren en vergroten van integraal management en opgavegericht werken. Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol bij de doorontwikkeling en effectuering van business control.
Als businesscontroller:
- werk je nauw samen met de afdeling Concern Control.
- lever je een bijdrage aan het management bij strategische en tactische vraagstukken.
- lever je een bijdrage aan het vertalen van strategische doelstellingen in sturingsinformatie.
- signaleer je proactief trends en ontwikkelingen en komt tot gevraagde en ongevraagde aanbevelingen.
- bewaak je de opvolging van bevindingen en verbeteracties van (kwaliteits)controles.
- adviseer je over de inrichting en bewaak je risicomanagement en beheersmaatregelen.
- beoordeel je de kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid van rapportages en kom je met eventuele verbeteringen.
- voer je bedrijfseconomische en strategische scenario-analyses uit.
- vervul je een actieve rol in de verdere ontwikkeling van de integrale cyclus.
- leg je verbinding tussen disciplines zodat integraal werken wordt bevorderd.
- heb je een scherp oog voor risicobeheersing waarbij je niet schroomt om deze zaken te blijven agenderen.

Wat breng je mee?
- Een relevante hbo/wo-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld bedrijfskunde, bedrijfseconomie of bestuurskunde.
- Je bent een oplossingsgerichte business partner die kan meedenken en tegendenken.
- Je bent communicatief vaardig en verbindend en kunt begrijpelijk adviseren.
- Je hebt een helicopterview en kunt hoofd- en bijzaken scheiden.
- Je bent politiek-bestuurlijk sensitief en in staat de doorvertaling in je werk te maken.
- Je wilt graag meewerken aan het inrichten en professionaliseren van processen en risicomanagement.
