Who are we looking for 

We are seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Management Assistant to join our team on a 0.8-1.0 full-time equivalent basis. The Management Assistant will report directly to the Director of NHG and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization. This position demands a high level of confidentiality, discretion, and independent judgment. In addition to administrative support for the Management Team, you will also serve as a vital connection point within the organization, taking ownership of certain management systems, such as the Time & Attendance system for our team members. 

As a Management Assistant, you will have the following responsibilities 

Meeting and Travel Arrangements: 

  • Prepare, schedule, and coordinate both internal and external meetings and discussions. 

  • Record meeting minutes and prepare meeting reports. 

  • Arrange business trips for all employees. 

Internal and External Communication: 

  • Establish and maintain contacts with internal and external stakeholders. 

  • Serve as a central point of contact for employees, as well as internal and external relations. 

Support and Data Management: 

  • Provide support based on specific assignments from the Management Team. 

  • Retrieve and organize information effectively. 

  • Ensure the timely management of staff-related events, such as birthdays, anniversaries, and births. 

Calendar Management: 

  • Efficiently organize the agendas of the Management Team. 

  • Collaboratively determine prioritization. 

Other: 

  • Execute tasks delegated by the Director NHG. 

  • Ensure adherence to brand standards. 

  • Assist in daily operations and various projects, including teambuilding days and outings. 

  • Independently manage staff Time & Attendance systems. 

  • Possess proficient verbal and written business communication skills in both English and Dutch. 

Knowledge and skills 

  • Meticulous: Detail-oriented and committed to excellence. 

  • Service and Guest Oriented: Focused on delivering exceptional service. 

  • Flexible and Prioritization: Comfortable with adapting to changing priorities. 

  • 1-5 years of relevant work experience requiring organizational and interpersonal skills. 

We offer you this 

  • A versatile and dynamic position in an organization that is rapidly evolving and where there is a lot of focus on personal development and room for own initiative and ideas. Your gross salary will be, depending on your knowledge, experience and thus job level, salary range of 2.724,20 - € 3.631,83 gross per month for a full-time job based on scale 7 of the compensation and benefits of NHG. 

  • NHG also offers attractive terms and conditions including many opportunities in personal and career development, participation in collective health insurance and an employer vitality plan. Other conditions include a structural end-of-year bonus of 8.3%, paid parental leave, a bicycle scheme and travel compensation as well as other insurance schemes. 

  • The operational hours – you will work 4- 5 days per week. 

  • The contract is initially for the duration of 1 year but can be extended after successful completion of this period.
